For us, at Pavizham rice milling is not yet another business activity. It is a mission to provide quality rice at an affordable price to millions of our brethrens. Our involvement in the process, pans from sowing to harvesting and to milling i.e., from the farm to factory. How we ensure the quality? Not by lab tests, where white dressed staffers with white gloves conduct numerous test on our product before proclaiming its quality. The entire mill hands knew that we pick up the same rice for our families from the central store, so also hundred of our employees. This simple step ensures the quality of our rice. Our quality is ensured not by any designated department but by hundreds of people who are behind our entire production process.  That fistful of rice you hold is the result of dedicated toil of those hundreds whom you may have never seen. Hold it closer to your hearts you can hear their heart beats, feel their care and love for you. For you they are face less but they see your face in each f the grain that passes through their hands.

I & my brother were not privileged to learn the business scruples from the B Schools. We learnt it from our father who taught us that, it is the quality of your product that ensures your market presence not the advertisements you churn out. He taught us that the best way to take care of the business is to take care of the men who toil for you.
